✓ Product data checked October 23, 2026
Each of these 4-inch coasters is hand assembled from four layers of 1/16-inch acrylic that together form a miniature 3D view of the Dean E. Smith Center, home court of the North Carolina Tar Heels. A clear top layer protects the design and a non-slip backing keeps the coaster in place on the table. The set is officially licensed, carries the team logo and colors, and comes as a pack of twelve, enough for a full game-day crowd. For a Tar Heels fan, it turns a basic table accessory into a small piece of the arena they cheer for.
Why it makes a good gift
Best for : A North Carolina Tar Heels fan who hosts friends for games
Best occasion : Birthday, Christmas, Father's Day, housewarming
Why it works : The layered acrylic shows the team's own arena in relief, so the coasters double as a display piece in a fan cave, and twelve of them cover a whole watch party.
Avoid if : The recipient does not follow UNC: the design is team specific, and the set of twelve costs around $107.
