Why it makes a good gift
Best for : A Jellycat collector, or an adult or child who would like a soft Christmas decoration rather than another ornament.
Best occasion : Christmas, as a main gift for a child or as a keepsake for someone who collects plush.
Why it works : It is a brand-name plush in a Christmas-specific shape, so it doubles as seasonal shelf decor and stays presentable after the holiday. A 4.8 rating across 1,042 reviews backs up the brand's premium positioning.
Avoid if : The budget is tight: about $80 is a lot for a 7-inch plush. Check the age label on the listing before giving it to a baby, and pick something sturdier if the child will drag it everywhere.
