Hover Helmets NFL Levitating Helmet, San Francisco 49ers
✓ Product data checked October 23, 2026
Hover Helmets makes this half-scale San Francisco 49ers helmet, about four inches, which an electromagnetic base keeps floating and spinning in mid-air with no strings. LED lights in the base illuminate it from below, and the maker says it works with each team to match current helmet artwork. Setup means plugging in the base and using the included spacer. It reads as a piece of team memorabilia rather than a gadget, which makes it a strong pick for a Niners fan's office, man cave or a child's bedroom, where it can double as a night light, at around $70.
Why it makes a good gift
Best for : A San Francisco 49ers fan who likes to show team colors at the office or at home
Best occasion : Christmas, Father's Day, a birthday during football season
Why it works : A floating, slowly spinning helmet catches the eye in a way a jersey or mug does not, and the officially styled team artwork gives a fan a display piece they would rarely buy for themselves.
Avoid if : The recipient supports another team, or has no spare outlet near the desk or shelf where it would sit.
