Why it makes a good gift
Best for : A teen who collects slime and prefers creepy-cute to sugary-sweet.
Best occasion : The Christmas countdown, from December 1.
Why it works : It gives a slime fan a running story, a new monster and a new texture to play with, which is far more fun at 13 than another chocolate square.
Avoid if : Slime is banned at home: it does end up on carpets.
